Our new instructor, Lara, is going down a storm with everyone who has been to Pilates and/or Zumba on a Tuesday morning. She is an excellent, enthusiastic teacher. We have been strengthened and flexed in Pilates, and left breathless but energised and happy in Zumba. Both classes are suitable for all levels. Do come along – all levels are welcome!
